Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
• Familiarity with pricing of maintenance-related products and services.
• Familiarity with maintenance operations in property management.
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Physical capability to perform tasks in varied conditions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Visual acuity for reading documents and screens.
