Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Repairs & Maintenance Coordinator to support our development and repair operations, with a special focus on restaurant facilities and equipment. This role reports directly to the Director of Development, and involves managing project logistics, preventive maintenance tracking, vendor coordination, and effective team communication. A background in restaurant operations or equipment maintenance is highly preferred.

In Short

• Maintain a detailed and organized preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for various equipment.
• Utilize tools like Basecamp, Slack, email, and phone for coordination.
• Manage R&M tickets using platforms such as 86 Repairs.
• Source and coordinate with vendors for repairs.
• Track and communicate timelines for renovation projects.
• Provide updates to store-level staff and operations team.
• Manage equipment and small-wares ordering and delivery.
• Deliver daily summaries of R&M tickets and vendor communications.
• Facilitate prompt follow-ups with vendors.
• Support multiple ongoing tasks efficiently.
