Client Success and Strategy Manager - Remote

Fathom is on a mission to use AI to understand and structure the world’s medical data, starting by making sense of the terabytes of clinician notes contained within the electronic health records of the world’s largest health systems. Our deep learning engine automates the translation of patient records into the billing codes used for healthcare provider reimbursement, a process today that costs hospitals in the US $15B+ annually and tens of billions more in errors and denied claims. In Short

• Drive clients’ implementation and integration of Fathom’s technology.
• Convert high-profile clients into Fathom advocates.
• Build client success programs and enterprise-level growth strategy.
• Manage relationships with clients at all levels, including C-suite.
• Develop a continual client feedback strategy.
• Grow existing business through upselling and cross-selling.
• Facilitate client onboarding with defined deliverables.
• Some travel expected, up to 15%.

Requirements

• 5+ years of client management experience.
• Management consulting experience in healthcare operations.
• High proficiency in dynamic problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills with remote collaboration experience.
• Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
