Overview

We’re hiring a Head of Data to help Fathom level up how we use data to make decisions across the company. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll work directly with data, mentor our data scientists, and partner with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Product to shape a smart, scalable data org.

Requirements

• Strong SQL and analytical modeling skills.
