Requirements

• Experience with ERP systems and advanced analytics in CPG or supply chain.
• Proven success in modernizing systems in high-change environments.
• Strong background in data architecture and engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Databricks, and scalable data pipelines.
• Highly collaborative with an understanding of business value creation.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and communicate complex topics.
• 10+ years in data roles, with experience in both mature and high-growth settings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
