Fruitist is seeking a transformational Head of Engineering to lead its global engineering function responsible for delivering the next generation of software applications, data platforms and oversee technical delivery and integration of solutions across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience building global hybrid engineering teams.
• Proven international operations and infrastructure support.
• Deep expertise in AWS and familiarity with Azure or GCP.
• Experience with Python backends and modern JavaScript frontends.
• Success in driving infrastructure maturity and DevOps.
• Experience supporting analytics and machine learning environments.
• Familiarity with ERP systems in a hybrid cloud environment.
• Experience in pre-IPO or newly public company settings.
