Head of Engineering - Remote

Overview

As the Head of Engineering, you will be the senior-most technical leader in the organization, responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of our entire engineering function.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7-10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in defining and executing technical strategy.
• Proven ability to lead teams in an agile environment.
• Understanding of modern software architecture and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with different time zones.
• Knowledge of World of Warcraft and Diablo games.
