Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of progressive experience in engineering.
• At least 5 years in a role managing and leading engineering teams.
• Strong background in healthcare technology.
• Proficiency in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7).
• Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate diverse engineering functions.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
