Overview

The General Counsel will oversee all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters for Chamber, acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team while ensuring the company operates within legal frameworks.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active license to practice law.
• 8–12+ years of legal experience, ideally with a mix of top law firm and in-house roles.
• Experience with payer and healthcare provider contracts.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks like HIPAA and CMS.
• Experience supporting startups or high-growth companies in healthtech.
• Business-minded and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and strong judgment.
