Overview

Fruitist seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Controller to support its rapidly growing global accounting operations.

In Short

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
• Support global accounting operations management.
• Coordinate external audit processes.
• Assist in designing internal control frameworks.
• Provide guidance on technical accounting matters.
• Identify process enhancement opportunities.
• Work closely with Finance, Tax, and Treasury departments.
• Mentor and develop accounting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting experience, with 3+ years in management roles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with international regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
