ERP Analyst - Remote

Overview

Fruitist is seeking a proactive, service-minded ERP Analyst to support the daily use, optimization, and coordination of our SAP systems.

In Short

• Provide hands-on functional support for finance, accounting, purchasing, sales, and inventory processes within SAP.
• Administer and maintain core system functions, including user access and license management.
• Help coordinate operational activities across countries.
• Document and maintain up-to-date business processes and system procedures.
• Train and support end users.
• Manage incidents in coordination with external SAP support vendors.
• Participate in testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Collaborate in cross-functional meetings to align processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of functional experience with SAP.
• Working knowledge of core ERP functional and technical processes.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Experience with issue tracking and documentation tools like JIRA.
• Structured and organized work approach.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and travel as needed.
