  • Track and report key performance metrics related to client success and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in client management or account management roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
