Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Korean.
• Experience in fast growth startups, consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
• Payroll experience is required.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Data-savvy with analytical skills.
• Self-starter with a growth mentality.
• Track record of achievement in previous roles.
• Curious and impact-driven.
