Overview

The Client Success Manager at Concentrix is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementation of Voice of the Customer programs.

In Short

  • Serve as the day-to-day client interface.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a client-facing role.
  • Familiarity with Qualtrics platform.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interface effectively with clients.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of marketing research principles.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet timelines.
  • Professionalism and relationship development skills.
