As a Senior Active Directory Engineer at Concentrix, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through the deployment and support of Active Directory programs, while working in a remote-first environment.

• Responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, and support of AD programs.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and testing tools.
• Expertise in creating and troubleshooting Group Policies.

Requirements

• Proficient in English.
• Minimum 5 years' experience working with directories.
• Experience with database management (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL).
• Expert knowledge in AD architecture and management.
• Experience in implementing security policies like MFA.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a remote-first environment.
