Overview

As Senior Director, Engineering at Imagine Pediatrics, you will lead the engineering, QA, Platform, and Dev Ops teams, collaborating closely with Product and Data teams to establish and execute the technology roadmap focused on improving pediatric healthcare.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software development experience.
• 6+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Experience with modern tech stack (JavaScript, Node, React).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience developing digital products in regulated industries.
• Prior experience leading engineering in a hypergrowth company.
• Fostering excellence and team growth.
• Ability to make informed build-versus-buy decisions.
• Understanding of healthcare industry regulations (HIPAA, HITRUST).

• Base salary range of $190,000 - $230,000 plus annual bonus.
