Overview

The Provider Engagement Specialist III at Imagine Pediatrics works collaboratively with providers to enhance care for children with special health care needs, focusing on building relationships and improving engagement.

In Short

• Manage provider relationships and drive engagement within assigned territories.
• Execute strategic initiatives, including supporting providers and coordinating events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for providers and community organizations.
• Provide input on engagement strategies based on on-the-ground experience.
• Independently handle day-to-day challenges and decision-making.
• Work closely with care teams and local organizations to drive brand recognition.
• Identify engagement opportunities using data from Tableau.
• Mentor and support new team members.
• Meet and exceed established monthly engagement targets.
• Travel within territory and market for team support and relationship building.

Requirements

• Passionate about pediatric health care and supporting children with complex medical conditions.
• Dynamic personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with scientific terminology and navigating medical environments.
• Familiarity with various types of healthcare providers, preferably in pediatrics.
• 6+ years of experience in sales, direct marketing, or customer service in healthcare.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
