We deliver 24/7 virtual first and in home medical, behavioral, and social care, working alongside families, providers, and health plans to break down barriers to quality care.

In Short

• Provide clinical and clerical support in a virtual care environment.
• Accept and return calls from patients for clinical inquiries.
• Prepare documentation and communication for patient visits.
• Ensure timely delivery of lab and imaging results.
• Contact patients regarding appointments and barriers to care.
• Assist care team with reports and referrals for vulnerable populations.

Requirements

• High-school level education or equivalency.
• Medical Assistant Certification or equivalent clinical experience.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
