Overview

The Senior Provider Engagement Specialist at Tangelo plays a crucial role in building relationships with healthcare providers to improve access to nutritious food for low-income families and those with chronic conditions.

In Short

• Report to the Director of Provider Outreach & Engagement.
• Travel to local healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.
• Build partnerships with caseworkers and community-based organizations.
• Deliver tailored nutritional educational materials.
• Represent Tangelo at enrollment and promotional events.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Sales teams.
• Document outreach in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
• Stay informed on Medicaid-related policies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Provider Outreach, Sales, or Account Support.
• Background in Pharmaceutical Sales, Public Health, or Nutrition is a plus.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be located in/near Los Angeles.
