Senior Provider Engagement Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Senior Provider Engagement Specialist at Tangelo will build relationships with healthcare providers and organizations to improve access to nutritious food for low-income families.

In Short

• Report to the Director of Provider Outreach & Engagement.
• Travel to local healthcare providers and clinics.
• Build partnerships with caseworkers and community organizations.
• Deliver tailored nutritional educational materials.
• Represent Tangelo at events and public speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Document outreach in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
• Stay informed on Medicaid policies and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Provider Outreach, Sales, or Account Support.
• Background in Pharmaceutical Sales, Public Health, Nutrition, or Healthcare Policy.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be located in/near Riverside, with travel expected.
