Senior Provider Engagement Specialist - Remote

Overview

Tangelo is seeking a Senior Provider Engagement Specialist to improve access to nutritious food for low-income families and those with chronic conditions through building relationships with healthcare providers.

In Short

• Report to the VP of Health Plan & Community Partnerships.
• Travel to local healthcare providers, hospitals, and health clinics to establish and maintain relationships.
• Build partnerships with caseworkers, clinical teams, and large community-based organizations.
• Deliver tailored nutritional educational materials and workshops.
• Represent Tangelo at enrollment and promotional events.
• Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Document all outreach and provider interactions in HubSpot or other CRM tools.
• Stay informed on Medicaid-related policies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Provider Outreach, Sales, or Account Support.
• Background in Pharmaceutical Sales, Public Health, Nutrition, or Healthcare Policy is a plus.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Proficiency with HubSpot or other CRM platforms.
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Must be located in/near New York City.
