Overview

The Senior Exchange Engineer will provide technical leadership for Premier customers globally, ensuring their IT environments are optimized and healthy through proactive and consultative support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project experience with Exchange environments.
• Proficient in English.
• Experience in assessing Exchange Servers and health checks.
• Deep troubleshooting skills with Exchange server.
• Good understanding of M365 fundamentals.
• Experience in Entra ID and Entra Connect.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
• Experience with Enterprise customers.
• Ability to provide best practice recommendations.
• Willingness to upskill the customer.
