Senior Engineer - Exchange Specialist - Remote

Overview

DGR Systems is looking for a Senior Engineer with a specialized focus on Exchange at the Enterprise level to join our highly competent team. This individual will work with clients, partners, engineers, and sales teams to help ensure clients are selecting, designing, implementing, and integrating modern technology solutions into their Enterprise environments.

In Short

• Maintain expert-level architect knowledge of Azure Tenancy, Exchange On Prem, Exchange Online, Internet Mail Flow, Email Security Principles, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Identity & Access Management, and Microsoft 365 Security Solutions.
• Preferred Migration Experience (M365 Tenant to Tenant and Other Messaging to M365).
• Provide consultative technical thought leadership for pre-sales activities.
• Continuous evaluation, development, and deployment of migration methodologies.
• Deliver high quality work in both large-scale project environments and smaller engagements.
• Manage escalation internally to ensure appropriate servicing of client needs.
• Understand client requirements and business objectives.
• Assess and communicate risks associated with technology-related investments.
• Design IT systems ensuring the right architecture and functionality.
• Support new technology implementation and train technical staff.

Requirements

• Extensive IT consulting experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
