Senior Exchange Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Senior Exchange Engineer at Concentrix will provide technical leadership and consulting services to ensure optimal IT environments for Premier customers worldwide.

In Short

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise customers.
• Support existing Exchange on-prem infrastructure.
• Consult on best practices and risk assessments.
• Deliver strategic consulting and advisory services.
• Work with a remote-first team.
• Engage in Exchange migrations and optimizations.
• Communicate effectively with technical staff and executives.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• 5+ years of project experience required.
• Deep understanding of Exchange Server 2016/2019.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise customers.
• Deep understanding of Exchange server & hybrid architecture.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Exchange 2016/2019.
• Experience with Exchange migrations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of SMTP and Active Directory architecture.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite at least three days a week.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with a commitment to excellence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
