The Solution & Security Consultant at Patsnap acts as a bridge between the product and buyers, crafting demos and presentations that build trust and translate security concepts into understandable terms.

In Short

• Lead discovery calls to understand customer needs.
• Build tailored demos and proof-of-concepts.
• Conduct executive-friendly walkthroughs and handle Q&A.
• Maintain client security and support security questionnaires.
• Collaborate with sales on win plans and follow-ups.
• Create documentation like one-pagers and FAQs.
• Translate customer needs into actionable tickets for product/engineering.

Requirements

• 0-4 years of work experience; new grads welcome.
• Preferred degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong presentation skills and engagement.
• Curiosity about AI and related technologies.
• Familiarity with HTTP/JSON APIs and Git.
• Understanding of security fundamentals.
• Strong writing skills for clear documentation.
• Some knowledge of IP/patents is a plus.
