Network & Security Solutions Consultant - Remote

Overview

As a Technical Account Manager, you will perform Presales Analysis and present Solutions for Vodafone’s Network, Security, & Fixed Telephony services to private sector SME & SoHo customers, developing expertise in new technologies and working closely with key accounts.

In Short

• Perform daily customer visits and analyze customer needs.
• Investigate customer needs and propose technical solutions.
• Prepare and present sales offers and lead discussions.
• Propose Networking and Security solutions.
• Achieve commercial targets with business account managers.
• Support Revenue Growth of clientele.
• Cooperate with Design Experts for customer needs.
• Liaise with internal and external partners for ROI.
• Become the long-term contact for customers' Digital Transformation.
• Ignite attention to Vodafone’s Fixed Connectivity services.

Requirements

• University degree in Telecoms/IT or related.
• Excellent command of Greek and English.
• Experience in a similar position in Telecommunications or IT.
• Ability to compose solutions for WAN/LAN networking and Security.
• Experience in technical writing.
• Good interpersonal skills and communication ability.
• Strong results orientation and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work under pressure.
• Interest in learning about new services and products.
• Self-driven and committed to innovation.
