Requirements

• BA/BS degree or higher.

• Experience in change management and coaching.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Consultative sales acumen for account retention.
• Ability to analyze and drive complex deal structures.
• Curious and empathetic with strategic advice capabilities.
