We're continuing to invest heavily in building the best creator platform with the best team in the creator economy and are looking for a Staff Software Engineer to support our mission.

This role is remote with optional in-person attendance in either the New York or San Francisco office. Expect to travel a handful of times per year for team building and collaboration offsites.

In Short

  • Design, build, and maintain data pipelines for various use cases.
  • Develop scalable data models supporting product features and analytics.
  • Implement batch and streaming pipelines using Spark, Python, and Airflow.
  • Define standards for data accuracy and build monitoring systems.
  • Collaborate with various teams to create impactful data solutions.
  • Mentor peers and promote best practices in data engineering.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in software development, with 2+ years in data pipelines.
  • Expert in SQL and distributed data processing tools.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
  • Familiarity with modern data lakes and warehouses.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Understanding of data modeling principles.
  • Passionate about data quality and system reliability.
  • Highly motivated self-starter in a collaborative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
