  • Remote, full-time position available in the United States.
  • Support customers via help desk with technical queries.
  • Become an expert on Memberful and its integrations.
  • Troubleshoot API, webhook, and integration issues.
  • Collaborate with engineering for technical ticket resolution.
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
  • Enjoy working autonomously and taking initiative.
  • Prioritize effectively and stay calm under pressure.
  • Available to work Pacific hours or late-day EST.
  • Experience in supporting SaaS products is required.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting a SaaS product in a technical capacity.
  • Strong WordPress experience.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Located in the United States.
  • Available to work Pacific hours or late-day EST.
