  • Translate user feedback into well-scoped requirements.
  • Build processes to scale customer support.

Requirements

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS organization.
  • Understanding of data and software markets.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot software and resolve issues.
  • High rate of learning and natural curiosity.
  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like PHP, Java, or Python.
  • Operational support experience.
