In Short

  • Seeking a Customer Success Specialist for the Nordics and Benelux territory.
  • Remote position with time split between The Hague and home.
  • Maintain relationships with customer agencies.
  • Support customers in using and growing our solutions.
  • Responsible for territory renewal target and new business target.
  • Ensure timely renewal of existing customer contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a new business pipeline.
  • Support customers with software solutions and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with support teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in professional events like conferences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience with law enforcement and government agencies.
  • Knowledge of complex software for investigation scenarios.
  • Results-driven with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English; other regional languages beneficial.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Reside in greater The Hague area and willing to travel regionally.
