Overview

We are seeking a talented, driven, and experienced Sales Director to manage our sales efforts in the DACH region actively. This is a remote position with a split work schedule between the field and home.

In Short

  • Manage sales efforts in the DACH region.
  • Responsible for regional sales targets across four operational verticals.
  • Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
  • Manage existing client accounts and create new sales opportunities.
  • Implement go-to-market strategies for new business creation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with resale partners.
  • Execute account-focused sales plans to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with analysts and marketing teams for customer enablement.
  • Participate in professional events such as conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling to DACH Law Enforcement agencies.
  • Background in complex software sales.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Experience in new business and account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
