Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist at D2L, you will oversee a portfolio of small-to-medium business (SMB) North America Higher Education customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by driving customer adoption and stakeholder value.

In Short

  • Engage with customers at scale throughout key points in the customer journey
  • Define, coordinate, implement and measure scaled activities that drive customer’s adoption and strategic success
  • Develop a scalable coaching capacity to provide support to our customers
  • Manage a Customer Success Plan and a Customer Retention Plan
  • Oversee execution of remediation items for the Customer Success Plan
  • Support Client Sales Executive during renewal process
  • Educate clients on support channels and self-service tools

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • High energy level and demonstrated drive to succeed
  • Ability to leverage tools and technology for customer value
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to design processes and workflows
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
