In Short

  • Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer engagement for integrated campaigns.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage sales performance metrics.
  • Support global sales efforts and contribute to cross-regional knowledge sharing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across North America.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of progressive sales leadership experience in enterprise software.
  • Proven success in building and scaling sales teams.
  • Deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, education, or related field.
