In Short

• Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform.
• Support the sales process by becoming an expert in D2L products and services.
• Prepare and present persuasive product demonstrations to various audiences.
• Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects.
• Provide feedback to product management teams regarding use cases.
• Create technical documentation as required for prospects.
• Engage in proposal writing and respond to client requirements.
• Travel 25-50% of the time for sales presentations and conferences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Technical understanding of enterprise software and database technology.
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business challenges.
• Deep interest in education and educational technology.
• Polished presentation skills for various stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
• Experience in an entrepreneurial and remote environment.
• Fluent in French is a strong asset.
