  • The Revenue Operations Manager plays a critical role within the global Revenue Operations team.
  • Responsible for delivering key business insights to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Optimizing processes that enhance daily marketing, business development, and sales execution.
  • Ensures the integrity and accuracy of CRM data for reliable reporting and planning.
  • Guides Sales, BDR, and Marketing teams in effective CRM utilization.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
  • Utilizes AI to enhance operational agility and streamline workflows.
  • Delivers executive-level reporting and dashboards for key performance metrics.
  • Partners with Sales Enablement for training and documentation support.
  • Leads change initiatives for successful adoption of new tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, or Business Operations.
  • 5+ years leading scalable process improvements and organizational change initiatives.
  • 5+ years conducting deep analysis and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • 5+ years working within the SaaS sector.
  • Understanding of AI-driven technologies and their application.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into insights.
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise including troubleshooting and process optimization.
  • Expert-level Excel skills for building scalable models and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and data visualization tools.
