• Design and scale the sales operating model for predictable revenue growth.
• Focus on building processes and aligning performance.
• Standardize metrics and ensure Salesforce supports accurate forecasting.
• Collaborate with GTMOps, Enablement, Finance, and leadership.
• Own Salesforce governance and data integrity.
• Manage sales performance reporting and dashboards.
• Drive forecasting rigor and maintain pipeline hygiene.
• Support territory planning and quota modeling.
• Align cross-functional teams on definitions and SLAs.
• Not a quota-carrying sales position.

Requirements

• 6–10 years in Revenue or Sales Operations within a SaaS company.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Experience with BI tools like Superset or Tableau.
