Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to improve growth in our Media expertise. You will help expand our client portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities and positioning our data-driven solutions as essential enablers of our performance.

In Short

  • Execute a strategic development plan aligned with our growth goals.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospects, developing a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Implement prospecting strategies, both directly and through strategic partnerships.
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior decision-makers.
  • Translate client challenges into tailored, data-driven strategies.
  • Lead the development of strategic proposals and responses to RFPs.
  • Create compelling commercial propositions highlighting our data expertise.
  • Represent the agency at industry-leading events.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of commercial activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide recommendations to increase sales efforts.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in business development or sales within Media and digital transformation.
  • Track record in closing high-value deals.
  • Expertise in selling data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills.
  • Experience with Martech and analytics tools.
  • Well-established network within the digital and marketing ecosystem.
  • Fluent in business English.
  • Ability to develop long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach.
