Overview

As the Manager, Global Benefits & Wellness for D2L, you will guide our company culture by creating and driving programs to improve the employee experience.

In Short

• Develop and implement global benefits and wellness programs that meet the needs of employees globally.
• Manage the administration of benefit plans including health, dental, vision, and retirement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in different regions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on benefit and wellness trends.
• Develop communication and education plans for benefits and wellness programs.
• Manage relationships with external vendors.
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of benefits programs.
• Partner with People and Culture to integrate programs.
• Manage the budget for benefits and wellness.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and make recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in employee benefits plan design and administration.
• Expert knowledge in Wellness program initiatives.
• Strong project management experience.
• Experience with laws and regulations related to benefit programs.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
