Overview

The Benefits Manager at The Trevor Project will lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of the organization’s benefits programs to ensure they are equitable, competitive, and aligned with Trevor’s values of heart, integrity, progress, community, and belonging.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in managing employee benefits.
• Strong understanding of benefits-related regulations.
• Ability to design inclusive benefits programs.
• Experience with benefits providers and negotiations.
• Proficiency in analyzing benefits utilization data.
• Clear communication skills for explaining benefits.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives.
• Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
