  • Finalizing a report card for each client upon the completion of the benefits overview.
  • Mentor a team to achieve and exceed their goals.
  • Demonstrate proper processes and systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening and problem-solving.
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust on the go.
  • Works well with others and individually.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and drive to succeed.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in leadership is valued but not required.
