• Own and drive P&L performance for the global Benefits business unit.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in operations and/or human capital management.
• Demonstrated success in scaling high-growth businesses.
• Track record of leading complex, global teams.
• Strong domain expertise in HR tech and global benefits.
• Deep understanding of customer needs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
