In Short

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients who have expressed interest in benefits, addressing inquiries via phone, and virtual meetings on Zoom.
• Educate clients on available benefits, coverage details, and plan options.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust.
• Collaborate with team members and management to improve processes and enhance client experiences.
• Stay up-to-date on AO’s products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and informed support.
