  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with customer success software is a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customer issues.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Stable internet and electricity are mandatory.
