Overview

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients derive maximum value from our digital signage and music streaming solutions, requiring a strong technical background and excellent customer skills.

In Short

  • Quickly troubleshoot and solve customer problems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage media files within client accounts.
  • Train clients on the features of digital signage and music streaming platforms.
  • Monitor hardware devices using the company dashboard.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and create site reports.
  • Prepare reports for unresolved cases to improve service delivery.
  • Work during unsociable hours, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Build strong relationships with customers.
  • Address customer inquiries proactively.
  • Escalate complex issues to the technical team.
