Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Payments Business Development Executive to join our team. This person will be responsible for driving sales and fostering strong relationships across our partner ecosystem. This role is instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans to grow PAR’s Payments business, while remaining aligned with overall business objectives.

In Short

  • 3-5 years of experience in technology equipment sales and/or channel sales
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
  • Strong organizational and campaign execution skills
  • Proven track record in developing partner-led sales strategies
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to evolving business needs
  • Familiarity with the restaurant industry and current/emerging technology trends
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally

Requirements

  • Ability to build and distribute professional sales and marketing materials
  • Comfort working with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
  • Experience with forecasting and territory management
  • Collaborative spirit with cross-functional teams, including marketing

  • Manage opportunities from lead to close and meet/exceed sales targets
  • Keep detailed and up-to-date records in PAR’s CRM system
