Overview

The Enterprise Business – Sales Account Manager will be the cornerstone of our renewals team, focusing on managing, negotiating, and closing enterprise-level renewals and upsells across PAR Punchh’s client portfolio. This role ensures a seamless renewal process and drives revenue growth.

In Short

  • Manage and negotiate enterprise-level renewals and upsells.
  • Ensure timely completion of renewals and meet revenue goals.
  • Build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams.
  • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct strategic renewal discussions with stakeholders.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in enterprise renewals or strategic account management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale renewals.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience at a high-growth, reputable company.
  • Proficiency in enterprise CRM systems.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models.
  • Experience structuring multi-year enterprise contracts.
  • Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus.
