The Customer Experience Technician at PAR Technology Corporation is responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to customers, ensuring they receive the best experience possible while resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements

  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined.
  • Minimum 2 years experience with microprocessor-based equipment.
  • Experience in inventory management.
  • Ability to train others on technical products.
  • Familiarity with network cabling.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Clean driver’s license required.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and work with ladders.
