  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in customer service leadership roles.
  • 2+ years at a senior manager or director level.
  • Experience with 3rd-party Asian based partners.
  • Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to four times a year.
