Requirements

• 8+ years in transformation or portfolio management in SaaS.
• Experience managing execution across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
• Strong planning and change management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with executives and boards.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboard interpretation experience.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, and project tools.
• Preferred experience in AI-enabled products or PE-backed transformations.
